Our Production Capacity

• Mira Tin Works has a capacity of production of 50,000 pcs per shift, per day as per customer requirements.

Raw Materials

• We mainly purchase raw materials from Mumbai's well known traders and importers.

Printing

• Lithographed printing is done by various metal printers in Mumbai and we also carry screen printing at our factory.

PVC Gaskit

• PVC (Lining) compound is used in capseal for ensuring 100% leak proof.

Packing

• 2000 Pcs of 2” capseals, 4000 pcs of 3/4” Capseal, 1000 pcs of 4” capseals. Packed in export worthy corrugated cartons.

Mira Tin Works operates a factory in Nalasopara (E), within the Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation, Palghar District, Maharashtra, India. Also, we maintain an administrative office and Quality Control Room, and are equipped with machinery for capseals and capsealing machine production.

The facility spans 2000 Sq. Ft, evenly split between production and office/stock space.
